This recipe just screams decadence.
It’s a love/hate relationship really. Love to love it, hate that you can’t stop eating it. The flavor is amazing and you cannot taste the avocado at all, but it is also super rich so you can only have a little bit at a time. If you’re skeptical of the “can’t taste the avocado” business, just try it and see for yourself. If I’m wrong and you have heightened avocado spidey senses, then you’re only out the cost of an avocado and a few ingredients from your pantry.
Post Exercise Reward
One thing I’ve learned working with a lot of different athletes is that the one common theme after a hard day of exercising outside is some sort of reward system. Whether that takes the form of a post-ride beer or post-climb burger and fries, this Chocolate Avocado Pudding is a way to satisfy that reward feeling without sacrificing an optimized recovery.
